Grand Prize is for the winner and one additional guest only; the prize includes:

  • Round-trip flight for two from Fly Altoona to Charlotte Douglas International Airport, with a morning flight on November 6th to Charlotte and a morning flight on November 10th to Fly Altoona.
  • A hotel stay at Hampton Inn Charlotte-University Place (8419 N. Tryon Street)
  • Event tickets to the Charlotte Motor Speedway for all four days of the World of Outlaws World Finals Races

1. Trip For Two to Charlotte, NC Contest presented by Fly Altoona and Contour Airlines begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 08/01/2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM on 10/01/2024. Promotion entry will be available at the promotion website. At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected.
2. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Fly Altoona reserves the right to eliminate any eligible entry for any reason.
3. For entry to be valid, entry form on the promotion website must be filled out in its entirety. Any application that is not completed in its entirety will be void.
4. The winner will be announced on or about 10/01/2024. All prizes must be claimed by 10/10/2024. The prize must be used on 11/6/2024-11/10/2024.
5. The winner will be announced on Facebook and will receive a personal email and personal phone call using the email and number associated with the entry.
6. The winner will have until the above-mentioned 10/10/2024, or they will forfeit the prize, and the prize will go unawarded.
7. No cash equivalents, substitutions, or transfer of prize is permitted.
8. Presenters (Fly Altoona and Contour Airlines) will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in the Promotion or Presenters (Fly Altoona and Contour Airlines) or any of their affiliates, directors, employees, agents, including without limitation, their advertising/promotional agencies from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury or death, arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion and prize, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize related activity.
9. Acceptance of prize shall be construed as and signify prize winner’s and his/her guest’s agreement and consent that presenters (Fly Altoona and Contour Airlines) may use the prize winner’s name, any photographs, likeness, voice, biographical information, prize information, statements for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation, review, approval or payment, where allowed by law.
10. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Presenters (Fly Altoona and Contour Airlines), which are final and binding in all respects. Presenters (Fly Altoona and Contour Airlines) are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in the administration of the Sweepstakes.
11. Presenters (Fly Altoona and Contour Airlines) waive all liability in all aspects once prize is accepted.
12. Facebook, Twitter, and any other Social Media entity and/or website is not affiliated with this contest, by entering you agree to fully release Meta and any other Social Media entity from liability.
